Registration Information

Each congress participant first must create online account at internoise2021.org. All rates are in USD and the payment options are shown on the registration page. Please carefully read the Notes below for explanations.

NOTES

[1] Hybrid congress mode conversion and refund policies:

a. Conversion from the ‘virtual mode’ to the ‘live in person’ mode can be done by paying the remaining fees (and without any penalty) – only before 31 May 2021.

b. Conversion from the ‘live in person’ mode to the ‘virtual’ can be done by requesting a – only before 31 May 2021 (with $25 fee)

Refund policy for registration cancellation (for any reason):
Before 7 May 2021: 100% refund minus $25 fee
8 May to 31 May 2021: 50% refund
After 1 June2021: $0

Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.

[2] Each student must show a current student ID in English (valid for 2021, until 15 August) or verification of the current student status from a senior university official (signed letter on the letterhead) in order to be eligible for student fees. If proof of student status is not available or questionable, the full registration fee (for attendees) must be paid. Papers of the violators will be removed from the formal proceedings.

[3] Winners of young professional/student travel grant award winner will receive specific instructions for registrations by the deadline(s) posted. Likewise, INCE/USA will keep the award applicants informed.

[4] Extra paper charges (per paper) and the paper assessment fees must be paid by no later than 7 May 2021. Authors (including the student authors) must request this by the deadlines posted. Note that the posters will not be assessed.

[5] Delegates from Latin America (excluding the students) may qualify for reduced registration rates. Eligible candidates must contact Dr. Davi Akkerman at this e-address: gerencia@proacustica.org.br. Qualified candidates will be sent one-time use code for the registration.
